    <description>You can compare the md5 checksum between the file you downloaded and the value shown in the download center. That way you know at least if it's the same file. &lt;BR /&gt;I don't think you can get a support contract for a product that is EoL. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/products/collateral/wireless/aironet-700-series/eos-eol-notice-c51-739491.html" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/products/collateral/wireless/aironet-700-series/eos-eol-notice-c51-739491.html&lt;/A&gt; As far as I understand the document, you can't anymore get a new service contract (officially).</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I got an Aironet 702i off of eBay for personal use. It has the controller bassed software on it and I was trying to download the Autonomous software but need a SMARTnet Licence for it? I was talking to a support representative and told I could get one from CDW. Now I'm confused about what SMARTnet "extended service agreement" to get. I'm assuming this &lt;A href="https://www.cdw.com/product/cisco-smartnet-extended-service-agreement/3183677#PO" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;one&lt;/A&gt; should cover what I need to be able to download the K7.tar file to convert it over. Thank you in advance.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
