When the AP detects this it notifies that the client is not up to speed in the key rotation.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Usually this is due to client issues, bug in AP code or potentially a hacker trying to gain access to the network.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
