Wism Web Auth Timeout Issue

We use WISM Web authentication. When clients shutdown/standby computer without properly "log off" from the logoff page, where do you define the idle timer to log out client in this case? I tried the "User Idle Timeout" and "ARP Timeout" parameters in the "controller-general" page. It looks like the actual idle user log out time is about "ARP Timeout + User Idle Timeout". There is no good documentation about how these two timers work together? I guess after ARP timeout, wism considers the client to be disconnected, and then wism wait for User Idle Timeout to log the user out. Have anybody noticed this issue?

Thanks

Zhenning
