When clients shutdown/standby computer without properly "log off" from the logoff page, where do you define the idle timer to log out client in this case? I tried the "User Idle Timeout" and "ARP Timeout" parameters in the "controller-general" page. It looks like the actual idle user log out time is about "ARP Timeout + User Idle Timeout". There is no good documentation about how these two timers work together? I guess after ARP timeout, wism considers the client to be disconnected, and then wism wait for User Idle Timeout to log the user out.
