Hi George

Thank you for the reply

I was hoping to avoid that. ACLs on the controller are done on the same principle as on any other Cisco equipment? As in define acls and apply them to interface? (in this case SSID). I think I need a reference document on how this is done, as in syntax and everything else... Does anyone know?

Thank you

Elena

Hi guys

I have a wireless network with LWAPPs and 1 WLC 5508. Does anyone know how to block communication between SSIDs (clients in different SSIDs bassically) and whether that is even possible from the controller?

I'd like to mention that communication between clients whithin the same SSID is already blocked.

Many thanks

Elena

Yeah you need to put a ACL on the wireless lan controller. There's no fancy button like same SS ID client blocking in the wireless controller today. But make sure the ACL is on the WLC.

Sent from Cisco Technical Support iPhone App
