      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;No... There is a download throttle or if your on v7.4 a upload and download throttle per user or per SSID. There is no dynamic throttle to say that is a user uses x amount of traffic that the device will only be allowed x amount of throughput. I guess it would depend on the appliance you use and maybe if you packet shape differently depending on internal subnets.
