    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have recently installed Cisco MSE and attached it to my Prime infrastructure 2.0 appliance but the MSE backup failed&amp;nbsp;with the following error&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size: 18px;"&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color: rgb(104, 104, 104); line-height: normal; font-family: Tahoma;"&gt;MSE Backup failed for mse.xxxx.xxx.xxx.xxx. Reason: null&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size: 16px;"&gt;I can't see any reference to backup errors, has anyone else had a similar issue?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks to correct my original post I have the following versions.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;MSE version&amp;nbsp;7.6.100.0&lt;BR /&gt;Prime version&amp;nbsp;2.0.0.0.294&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;which if I am reading&amp;nbsp;the matrix&amp;nbsp;correctly are compatible&lt;/P&gt;</description>
