Guest User Account

Hello friends,

We recently setup the wireless controllers. created a lobby admin account. I setup a guest account for the wireless for 30 days. However; this account expires every 24 hrs.

When you look at the account it says 27 days left but if you try to login using the Web Authentication the password doesn't work. Once you reset it's fine.

Is there any other configuration i have to d for the account to last for 30days?

Anand,

Did you check if the account is actually removed from the controller after 24 hours? Can you attached a screenshot of the settings you configured when creating the lobby admin account.

Thanks for you reply Pushkar,

It actually turned out to be the session timeout under WLAN advanced tab was enabled. Disabled it, now works.
