Hello,

I have a 4400 wireless Lan Controller (4.2.99.0), I'm having a problem with users connecting with the wired connection and then disconnecting but the controller doesn't dispose of the session.

User Idle timeout is set to 300 seconds and works fine for the wireless part.. but seems it doesn't for the wired part.

If you have any tips, thanks.

Did you run any debugs to find out if the controller is throwing any error message when the users are getting disconnected? Are you authenticating the users against a RADIUS server?

In that case, the radius server logs will also help. Please collect some debug outputs to troubleshoot this issue further.
