how do you get the password for your cisco box or the internet box so you can use your personal phone to use the net and card square or stuff like that?

I'm not sure I understand your question.

If your company has wireless, and you need a key to connect you would want to talk to your IT dept to get that key.

You need to contact you IT department. They will provide you the username and password.

I dont have an IT department i am the IT department, am the only one that works this machine and dont know how and yes i sound illiterit on computers.

It depends on your box vendor/model.

Read the documentation about your devices.

Some models does not allow you to see the configured key/password after its beign saved. so, If you don't know what the key/password that is already configured you may need to reset the key and apply a new one that you know.
