Cisco Prime- Heatmap

Hi there,

I'm trying to generate Heatmap in cisco prime and I could not do it, can someone please help me how I can do it because for now I just upload JPEG map and placed the APs on the map.

Not sure what is the version of Prime. we work with PI 3.3 all works as expected.

I am running Cisco Prime 3.9 and there are APs in the floor not generating heatmap. Have you encountered the same issue? Kindly let me know.
