topic Universal AP priming - Unable to log into AP in Wireless

I'm trying to manually prime a lwapp on a 2504 controller. I have followed the documents on:

http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/wireless/access_point/ux-ap/guide/uxap-mobapp-g.html

Controller is on 8.0.115.30 code and everything is setup on the wlan (universal AP admin is checked).

I am using an iPhone 5S with the AirProvision application. I can associate to the SSID from the universal AP, get an IP on the management vlan, reach the internet on the phone and log into the app with my CCO.

Issue I'm having is that the app will not log into the AP. I have tried the default creds and created different creds. Sometimes the app gives messages of 'connecting to AP' - request timed out. Other times when trying to log into the AP, the app displays messages of 'getting AP parameters' - 'timed out', sometimes 'server cannot be reached', and some times of 'not a universal AP'.

It seems that I cannot log into the AP. Unfortunately, I do not have another model phone to test with.

Any thoughts are appreciated.

Thanks,

Cisco release AirProvision

Cisco release AirProvision version 1.4 this morning. Using this new version, I was successfully able to prime the APs.

Main difference in this new version, no CCO credentials required and added code support.
