After setting up MSE and WCS, I cannot successfully open a http or https session to the MSE. I get a error 404 when I try to connect to any GUI based service for example http://<mse ip>/localadmin

When I check MSE status I see Legacy HTTP: False HTTPS: FALSE

I have restarted MSEd many times and looked for a daemon for this service but see none.

I am able to configure MSe service in WCS, but no luck on the Web interface.

Any thought or solutions, I know I have seen a number of people with the same issue but no resolution
