&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;How can we achieve following: &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Subnet: 10.1.160.0: Limit bandwidth to 10% &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Calibri',sans-serif;"&gt;Subnet: 10.1.150.0 Limit bandwidth to 15% &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
