Can config wlc to convince/prefer our ssid over others (same ssid name)

Hi

I'm publicly broadcast fews of operator ssids in public area. This public area already has those ssids braodcasting. I'm a area's landlord. I invested for 802.11ac wifi. But operator wifi infra around me running poor is 802.11g/n

I need to config and tune for optimum value which convince client connecting to my 802.11ac

Is there any idea ?

Thank you

Hold on ... BAND Select and "prefer our SSID over someone else's" are two different things.

Band select means convincing the wireless NIC to choose 802.11a radio over 802.11b radio.

If you have an SSID called "ABC" and another person nearby has their own SSID called "ABC", there is no way to "convince" a wireless NIC to automatically choose yours over someone else.
