WLC date and time chnaged

I have a problem with a 2504 Wireless LAN Controller having below details. Date and time got changed automatically when power failed and device got reboot , and after that AP failed to rejoin , Same again joined when manually device time will change.

Software Version 8.1.102.0
Field Recovery Image Version 7.6.101.1

This is not a bug.

Cisco appliance do not have the facility to keep an accurate time independently. This is why it is high recommended for the WLC to be configured with an reliable NTP source.

This is like saying one has a gym membership but one DOES NOT ATTEND the gym.

So, is the NTP setting synchronized?
