In web interface on my WLC 7500 v8.0.110, i don't have the Native VLAN ID text box when i configure the flexconnect on LAP.

I test with IE9, FIREFOX and Google Chrome.

I can configure this parameter in CLI but not in GUI.

Any idea ?

For information, i have another WLC (virtual) in version 7.6 and the Native VLAN ID text box is present with the same browser.

I have the same problem with WLC 2504 v8.0.110 but only with AP 1702.

Anyone has a solution?

Is a software upgrade needed?

You both hitting bug CSCus64073. The workaround for now is to untick vlan support and tick it back. When you do that, the field will be shown again.

Thanks for the infotmation but the untick/tick VLAN Support (in the FlexConnect tab) does not work for me, even if I click on apply between the two and after.

In that case I would advise you to make the changes on the CLI until the bug has been resolved in the next maintenance release.
