Cannot Update WLC

Hi, I've been working on updating our WLC we have 3 pair of HA 5508 and everything went well for most of them but the last pair did not update for some reason....

I can't seem to find a diffrence in the configuration between the equipement and was wondering if anyone had this problem.

Error message from the GUI :

Transfer download failed both on active & standby, please retry download

Trying to update from 7.4.121.0 to 7.4.121.21

you probably need to reboot

you probably need to reboot that HA pair, this happens sometimes and reboots will usually fix it.

If you want to troubleshoot it a bit

debug transfer all

and watch to see if the full file is sent and able to be decompressed.
