    <description>&lt;P&gt;you probably need to reboot that HA pair, this happens sometimes and reboots will usually fix it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you want to troubleshoot it a bit&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;debug transfer all&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;and watch to see if the full file is sent and able to be decompressed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;HTH,&lt;BR /&gt;Steve&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Cannot Update WLC</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I've been working on updating our WLC we have 3 pair of HA 5508 and everything went well for most of them but the last pair did not update for some reason....&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can't seem to find a diffrence in the configuration between the equipement and was wondering if anyone had this problem.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Error message from the GUI :&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Transfer download failed both on active &amp;amp; standby, please retry download&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Trying to update from 7.4.121.0 to 7.4.121.21&lt;/P&gt;</description>
