Replace Primary WLC in SSO Deployment.

I have 2 WLC's running in SSO mode, and I need to replace the Primary Box.

As soon as the Primary reboot (after enabling SSO), it comes up, but does not "see" the neighbor, and after 120 sec go into Service Mode.

Any Ideas why it would not see the redundancy neigbor ? or what to do ?

Check the license and the firmware versions.

Firmware versions are exactly the same.

The current box is on a Eval Licence, and the new one is on a 100 Base Licence.

The primary should have a valid licene base but the standby WLC should have an HA license.

Yes.

The current Primary has a Eval Licence, and I'm replacing it with a Primary WLC with a valid licence.
