Cisco wlc web passthrough page and redirect

Hello!

I'm interesting with the following functionality of cisco wlc:

The wireless network must not have any password and username for user, the wi-fi network must be free.

After user connects to wireless network the web page with usage policy must appear. Only "Login" button" should be on this page. User would click Login button and the page must redirects to another custom web page ( for example, www.cisco.com).

I asked about this functionality cisco partner helpline but his engeneer told me that web page passthrough couldn't redirect to another web page.

But I think it's possible to customize the login page and make URL redirect. I have no cisco controller now for test it. Maybe anyone do this? And I can't find an example of customized web usage page ( not page with login and password). Does anyone has this code?
