WLC 5508 problem join AP

Hi,

I am trying to make a Join of a AP 1131 in a WLC and appears the following error:

*spamApTask0: Sep 08 09:21:41.106: 00:1d:e5:4c:d8:70 Unable to process Discovery

Request from00:1d:e5:4c:d8:70due to missing AP Manager interface

I configure static in the AP the IP of the WLC:

pepe#sh capwap ip config

LWAPP Static IP Configuration

IP Address 186.108.26.155

IP netmask 255.255.255.0

Default Gateway 186.108.26.5

Primary Controller 186.108.26.2

Not enough info to process ...

1. How many AP license is the WLC and how many APs have joined?

2. Is your time set correctly?

3. What is the error message or logs on the AP?

Likely that this is a LWAPP coded AP with a statement in the startup config of "cisco-lwapp-controller xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx" where x's equal your old controllers IP address. The 5508 is CAPWAP. Insure that your AP is getting IP from a dhcp server that if needed, has the proper option 43 enabled and pointed to the 5508.

Hi, how are you?. Thanks a lot for your answer. I make 'clear lwapp private-config' and configure IP address manually from WLC, and al.l is working fine.
