The WLC controls/manages AP's the WCS controls/manages&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;WLC's&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2.No, they cannot replace each other.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3. WCS is not a requirement and is licensed by AP count. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
