Short answer: no not really.

Longer answer, there is probably a missconfiguration or old software running on the WLC or the AP (if no WLC is in use).

What is the software version running on the AP?

Do you have more than one 1832 in use?

If yes, does it also happen on other models?

If only one 1832 and it's running in standalone mode, could you post it's configuration please (remove the radius secrets, passwords, PSK, ...)?

Hi

we develop apps for mobile devices, and the QA department always complained about WIFI disconnections.

they use Cisco 1832 AP

so my Q is does Cisco access point 1832 have limitations of clients and does it matter if it a mobile device or PC?

thanks

thank you for you replay.

we have hpe 1920 switch that connect to the firewall to it we connected cisco 2504 wireless controller, we have 3 AP connected to the controller one 1832 and tow 1042N AP.

most of the problems come from the 1832, but we also have complaints bout the 1042

it will take me a few days to obtain tec. info

I'm I charge but we have all the devices in out sourcing management (I prefer to do my own research and don't believe every thing I been told blindly)
