Ms-Lync not working on Guest Access

hi Team,

I have a Guest access SSID configured in anchor-foregin mode and I am facing Issues with Ms -Lync application only when the user is connected thorugh Wifi no problem with Wired connectivity.

Here are my Guest Access SSID Seetings

Broadcast-Enable

Security-Mac filtering, Cisco ISE handles this issue

Qos- SilverBest effort

Band- 5Ghz

Ali,

the problem is with MS-Lync Application when the user is connected wirelessly through an guest access ssid. Guest Access is configured as Foregin-Anchor step up.

I am not sure where to start with the troubleshooting.

Do let me know if you requie anything specific.
