Anybody have implemented a wireless access implementation on a moving train or vehicle which has a predetermined path ? If yes, or if you have heard of any stories, please share some ideas. Does the Mobile Access Router work only with CDMA networks ?

All inputs are appreciated and will be rated well according to value!

I found this "academic" article interesting. It discusses testing 802.11b AP connectivity from fast vehicles on a german highway (speed from 80 to 180 km/h). It describe different behaviour when UDP or TCP is involved and gives explanation. Let me know if you find it good. I'm now involved in an experimental project about wireless connection between truck carrying goods and check points on highways or tunnels entry points. If you have any information, please, share with me.
