350 Access Point Locked Up

We have a problem with a Cisco AP350 Access Point. It has stopped responding to all network and radio traffic.

The lights on the top are all on (Ethernet = Solid Red, Association = Solid Green, Radio = Solid Amber). Of the lights by the network socket, only the green one is on. After rebooting the unit it comes up in exactly the same condition, whether or not it is plugged into the physical network.

I've had a look through the documentation available on the website but cannot find anything that describes this combination of LEDs.

The site had two of these AP's both of which went down together, but one seems to have cleared itself and is now functioning normally.

Can anyone tell me what this combination of LEDs mean, and anything further we can try?

This is a general indication of a firmware failure..which would need to be put back on. The serial

# in notes does not come up valid or CRC must have typed it wrong.

you may be able to do a : reset_all within for 2 minutes of being consoled into it and typed at

prompt.

If you are not able to access through console, you may need to replce the product.

This could be a firmware failure. Upgrade the AP to the latest firmware. If possible swap out the power supply to see if it is a power issue.
