    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi friends&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I tried to configure radius in cisco WLC and use the ACS for AAA. but when enable the 802.1x in every SSID, the SSID get hidden from client and cant connect to SSIDs.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;what is the problem.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;Probably this is due too many authentication attempt.&amp;nbsp; Where is the users data base?&amp;nbsp; Is it on the radius locally or are you using Active Directory?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>The client may not see the authentication has changed (from psk?) to dot1x&lt;BR /&gt;at this point the client may allready be excluded because of excessive failed authentications.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;It will be neccessary to remove the SSID from the known networks on the clients first.&lt;BR /&gt;then wait for some time,( or manually clear the excluded client list from the controler)&lt;BR /&gt;(for some clients you may also need to switch of/on the wireless adapter or even reboot the whole client)&lt;BR /&gt;then when you connect it will detect this wlan as using dot1x and ask for credentials.</description>
