topic Hi prasaxen, the behavior is in Wireless

Hi prasaxen, the behavior is as follows.

The LED anyone color is intermittent, when I connect some device this becomes violet color but the Led isn´t stable as in the models AIR-CAP2702I-N-K9.

Apparently at the software level I haven´t problem, but on the aesthetic part the intermittency causes confusion and only happens with the models AIR-AP2702I-UXK9

I appreciate your comments

Regards

How can I stop the flash of the AP model AIR-AP2702I-UXK9

I have a wireless network with several models of APs.

AIR-AP2702I-UXK9
AIR-CAP2702I-N-K9

The behavior I observe is that the N-K9 models the LED color stays blue and stable.

The behavior that is observed with the model UXK9 the color of the LED even though it is blue is intermittently.

Do you know if it is a bug or is there a way to correct this behavior?

Have you primed the UX model AP?

If not follow the procedure here to do it:

stable blue means client is connected to the AP. green means at that moment no client is connected to the AP. What status do you see on the UX AP?

Looks like you are hitting the bug:

https://bst.cloudapps.cisco.com/bugsearch/bug/CSCvd13147/?referring_site=bugquickviewredir

As a workaround kindly do the following:

1) Hard reset the AP to factory defaults

2) Manually prime the AP with Cisco AirProvision App
