Kindly interesting some assistance. Did we get a wrong device (needs a WLC?)

Yes, by looking at those messages, APs are lightweight (CAPWAP) & need a WLC to register. If you do not have a WLC , then you need to convert 2602 to autonomous to use it without WLC. Refer

https://mrncciew.com/2012/10/20/lightweight-to-autonomous-conversion/

However 1832 can be operate in mobility express mode.(where AP can act as a WLC to other APs). Have a look below deployment guide and configure your 1832 as ME mode.

HTH

Im not seeing any SSID for it, nor can i log into the console, its not accepting any default credentials. Keeps repeating:
Did not get log server settings from DHCP.
[*06/20/2016 13:57:06.8013] grep: /storage/base_capwap_cfg_info: No such file or directory
[*06/20/2016 13:57:10.7601] CAPWAP State: Discovery
[*06/20/2016 13:57:10.7601] Did not get log server settings from DHCP.

Kindly interesting some assistance.

I actually did look that up, but none of the default passwords were working, I tried resetting the AP but still nothing which was very odd and both processes require me to log in.
