Flexconnect APs breaks non-Flexconnect WLAN interface group

If I have a WLAN set to use an interface group with two interfaces and I have it setup without flexconnect functionality. All APs are set to flex connect. Some clients on the non-flexconnect WLAN end up on the VLANs (not in the interface group) that are mapped for flexconnect configured WLANs.

Has anyone observed this behavior? It doesn't seam to happen with an interface instead of an interface group. Any workaround for this or are interface groups not going to function with flexconnect APs even if the WLAN is not set to use flexconnect functionality?
