&lt;P&gt;AIR-CAP2702I-E-K9 this model is broadcasting.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;while this model AIR-AP1832I-E-K9&amp;nbsp;is not broadcasting.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;firmware the of WLC 2504 is the latest which is 8.2.110.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;attached is the output while both models are connected to the WLC. and they are connected to switch interfaces having the same configuration.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Go to &lt;STRONG&gt;Wireless&lt;/STRONG&gt; &amp;gt; &lt;STRONG&gt;Access Points&lt;/STRONG&gt; &amp;gt; &lt;STRONG&gt;Radios&lt;/STRONG&gt; &amp;gt; &lt;STRONG&gt;802.11a/n/ac&lt;/STRONG&gt; or &lt;STRONG&gt;802.11b/g/n&lt;/STRONG&gt; then on far right of the AP you will see a drop down blue box&amp;nbsp; , click &lt;STRONG&gt;configure&lt;/STRONG&gt; and see if &lt;STRONG&gt;Admin status&lt;/STRONG&gt; is &lt;STRONG&gt;enabled&lt;/STRONG&gt; or not!!!&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;2. older then 8.3 version: TKIP was not supported. so you can try to change ssid to&amp;nbsp;WPA2/AES and try again.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
