I can't seem to find any documents for this strange error that i'm getting.

A few of our locations had this issue over the weekend where all the AP's dropped for a few hours, and in the logs I get the following.

Aug 15 10:57:32.158 MDT: *%CAPWAP-3-INVALID_STATE_EVENT: 1 wcm: Invalid AP event (CAPWAP Configuration Update Request) and state (CAPWAP Join Response) combination
Aug 15 10:57:32.160 MDT: *%SPI-3-QOS_UNINSTALL_SSID_POLICY: 1 wcm: ERROR: AP f8c2.8832.b190 SSID policy Slot 0 Dir DOWNSTREAM WLAN ID 0 local uninstall failed
Aug 15 10:57:32.167 MDT: *%SPI-3-QOS_UNINSTALL_SSID_POLICY: 1 wcm: ERROR: AP f8c2.8832.b190 SSID policy Slot 1 Dir DOWNSTREAM WLAN ID 0 local uninstall failed
Aug 15 10:57:32.167 MDT: *%CAPWAP-3-INVALID_STATE_EVENT: 1 wcm: Invalid AP event (CAPWAP Discovery Request) and state (CAPWAP Join Response) combination
Aug 15 10:57:32.177 MDT: *%SPI-3-QOS_UNINSTALL_RADIO_POLICY: 1 wcm: ERROR: AP f8c2.8832.b190 Radio policy def-11gn Slot 0 uninstall failed
Aug 15 10:57:32.177 MDT: *%SPI-3-QOS_UNINSTALL_RADIO_POLICY: 1 wcm: ERROR: AP f8c2.8832.b190 Radio policy def-11ac Slot 1 uninstall failed
Aug 15 10:57:32.177 MDT: *%SPI-3-QOS_UNINSTALL_PORT_POLICY: 1 wcm: ERROR: AP f8c2.8832.b190 Port policy defportac uninstall failed
Aug 15 10:57:34.346 MDT: *%CAPWAP-3-INVALID_STATE_EVENT: 1 wcm: Invalid AP event (CAPWAP Configuration Update Request) and state (CAPWAP Join Response) combination

Aug 15 10:57:40.052 MDT: *%CAPWAP-3-INVALID_STATE_EVENT: 1 wcm: Invalid AP event (CAPWAP Configuration Update Request) and state (CAPWAP Join Response) combination
Aug 15 10:57:47.013 MDT: %LINEPROTO-5-UPDOWN: Line protocol on Interface Capwap3, changed state to down

Now i'm assuming that the AP's lost connection to the controller, but unsure what could have caused that... We're utilizing our 3850 switches as our controllers and then Cisco Prime Infrastructure to manage all the controllers. The switches at the locations that had this issue didn't lose power and were all working on Friday when I left at end of business day.
