Wireless User per AP

Hi:

I would like to know if anybody has the experience like me. I have a issue with an Access Points users. I want to do that every Access Points has only 20 user per AP. I have a CUWN Sistem with a WLC 5508 and I actived this feature in the part of the SSID (advanced tab) with only 20 users per AP (meaning that 20 users per AP in every SSIDS I guess) but do not take effect. I checked some APs a has more than 25 users and I want be sure that every APs has 20 user.

I believe this limit is per radio.( 20 users in 2.4GHz, 20 users in 5 GHz). Did you check which band clients are connecting.

by the way this setting could impact user roaming experience as clients unable to connect to preferred AP if given AP reach this limit.
