    <description>&lt;P&gt;sounds like one of the back up jobs are stuck. have you tried restarting the services ?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;login to the server via SSH&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;type in&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;application stop ncs&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;application&amp;nbsp;start ncs &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; ( this will take up to 30 mins)&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I hope this helps&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If it was me and I had some type of backup within the last ninth days I would power cycle the server or VM. &amp;nbsp;However, this could really corrupt the database. I would suggest you calling TAC.&lt;/P&gt;
