topic Wireless client unable to associate with AP in Wireless

Hi, we're using a virtual Wireless LAN Controller (WLC) v7.5.102.0 and virtual Identity Service Engine (ISE) v1.2.0.899.

All APs run in flexconnect mode, sometimes it happends that wireless clients are unable to associate with the AP (usually when it's turned on for 45 days + )

It's still reachable on the WLC but I don't see any authentication logs on ISE. The client receives an error message saying 'unable to connect to WLAN SSID'.

After a reset of the AP everything works out just fine.

Any ideas?

Thanks in advance

The firmware 7.5.102.0 has been deferred by Cisco.

I'd recommend you try loading 7.6.130.0.

I agree with Leo, but it would also be a good first step to take a debug of the client to see why the WLC reports it is unable to successfully connect.
