      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Typically is many users have issues, it a wireless issue. When it's one or two, it's a device issue. So one user out of how many?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Rule of thumb is to make sure the device drivers are up to date and delete the wireless profile and add it back, reboot the device and see if that works.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Sent from Cisco Technical Support iPhone App&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
