'AP Crashed Due To Software Failure'

I have an 1142 CAPWAP AP running IOS 12.4(25e)JA$ on a 5508 controller running 7.2.103 that's frequently reloading. WCS is reporting the reason for the reload as 'AP Crashed Due To Software Failure'. Other 1142 APs on the same controller aren't experiencing any problems. The AP is in autonomous mode with local switching but central auth.

Any suggestions for how to troubleshoot this problem would be much appreciated!

You mean the AP is in FlexConnect not Autonomous:

The AP is in autonomous mode with local switching but central auth

Have you tried to default the ap to factory and delete the images and upload a new rcv image to the AP?

AP, is in normal mode registered to the WLC, I'm have tryed to upgrade system bootstrap with command

'copy tftp:// /bootstrap_file.bin bs:' without succes.
