That's pretty much everything except the information I requested in my previous post 🙂

If you can't get the output of the AP when it drops clients live, you can try "show log" and see if it appears there. But please reply to the other questions as well

Dear All,

I have installed an Access point AP1252AG-A-K9 successfully and it was working fine last 7 months. All of sudden it is keep on dropping users. I mean users are disconnected from the AP and then reconnected. I am unable to understand the exact issue. May be an ios issue?. Kindly suggest.

Thanks you

Sincelery

R.MADHANKUMAR

Please provide the console output of the AP (or telnet with "term mon") when it drops users. It should mention the reason of the client disconnect.

It can be interference, have you checked for other APs/SSIDs/non-wifi devices ?

Which band are you using ? 2.4 or 5ghz ? How many antennas did you connect ?

Nicolas

That's pretty much everything except the information I requested in my previous post 🙂

If you can't get the output of the AP when it drops clients live, you can try "show log" and see if it appears there. But please reply to the other questions as well
