      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;If your filename ends with a .BIN then use the command "copy t&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A class="jive-link-external-small" href="ftp://"&gt;ftp://&lt;/A&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;TFTP ip="" address=""&gt;/&lt;FILENAME.EXTENSION&gt; flash:" (don't forget the ":" the word "flash").&lt;/FILENAME.EXTENSION&gt;&lt;/TFTP&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;If your filename ends with a .TAR then use the command "archive download-swt&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A class="jive-link-external-small" href="ftp://"&gt;ftp://&lt;/A&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;TFTP ip="" address=""&gt;/&lt;FILENAME.TAR&gt;"&lt;/FILENAME.TAR&gt;&lt;/TFTP&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hope this helps.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
