&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;We can only access the machine by CLI. We have executed:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;NCS stop&lt;BR /&gt;NCS cleanup&lt;BR /&gt;NCS start&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;But now we can not Access.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I attached the result&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Required running for the GUI -&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;NMS Server is stopped.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Can you again try to stop/restart Cisco PI.&amp;nbsp;If its still stopped, power cycle the VM or the Appliance.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Is this a new installation or an old one?&lt;BR /&gt;Which version is it?&lt;BR /&gt;There is a possibility for the server being out of disk space on one of its partitions. You can check that by entering:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;PRE&gt;shell
df -k&lt;/PRE&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
