1.Is there any automatic process to detect and shun the clients or APs which are rogue?

2.Is there any link which can i follow?

3.What should be the ideal location of Rogue AP?

I am using WLC and APs.

Unfortunately, there is no way to automatically contain any rogue device that pops up. Cisco's lawyers stopped them from doing that. You'll need to manually contain each rogue you find.

I'm not sure what you mean by an ideal location for a rogue AP. If you mean a rogue detector AP, just place them throughout your building, maybe one for every 2 or 3 APs you have in place. Remember that these only listen, they do not broadcast, so no channel configuration is needed.

Actually i just need to know where should we place the Rogue AP i mean what is the ideal location of Rogue AP (talking about physical location)

Can we contain permanently Rogue APs.

Because if contain APs he comes again.

Is there any possibility......i want to contain even manually but permanently
