Here are some docs that will show you how:

http://supportwiki.cisco.com/ViewWiki/index.php/Password_Recovery_Procedure_for_the_Cisco_Aironet_Equipment

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/hw/wireless/ps430/products_password_recovery09186a00800949d0.shtml#resios

I already view the links that you post. but there is only the reset option. I want to just recover the password without loosing my configuration.(is there any procedure to do that like Routers and Switches).

You follow what they show and then instead of deleting the config.old you would:

Rename the configuration file to its original name:

ap# rename flash:config.text.old flash:config.text

Copy the configuration file into memory:

ap# copy flash:config.text system:running-config

Source filename [config.text]?

Destination filename [running-config]?

Press Return in response to the confirmation prompts.

The configuration file is now reloaded, and you can change the password.

Enter global configuration mode:

ap# configure terminal

Change the password:

ap (config)# enable secret password

then wr mem

Did you setup snmp... if so, you can get the config or even push a new configuration. With the 1100, you can only reset the ap.
