As far as I know it will work on all 123x AP's, the real test is if you load the current version or at least 12.3 (8). If the option for the Root or Non Root role is available in the radio configuration it should work.

Good luck

Bill

I need to bridge a network segment with 2 VLANS across a medium range wireless link. Currently we have 1231Gs which can do this, however they seem to only support one VLAN in WGB mode.

Is there any configuration in which the 1231G supports multiple VLANs over a bridged link? If not would the 1240 series be our best bet?

Thanks for the information, does the 1230 support the same configuration or is it limited by it's RAM?

It is probably dooable but the 1010 and 1130 AP's are designed for use in an office environment and may not survive the environmental extreams found in typical bridge installations.

Bill
