Even though the main page says "25 access points supported" I cannot register more than 12. Where do I find the licensing information please?

Do you have both ports 1 & 2 plugged in and enabled? Also, are the switch ports set in trunking mode?

There is only one port on the controller connected to the network. That switch port is set to trunk. Thanks.

The remaining APs will register when you hook up the other port

What is involved? Do I need to enable spanning tree, assign another AP manager IP address etc?

Configure the port on the switch to trunk in dot1q encap and remove any vlans that will not be needed on the wireless network.

The default settings on the WLC should be fine.

You will have to go into each dynamic interface on the WLC and set the other port as the secondary, if not set already
