Cisco 350 AP continuous reboot

I was trying to upgrade the AP to the IOS, and when I plugged it in this is what I got:

It does this for as long as it is plugged in. Any ideas?

I was also wondering is there is a way to flash/re-flash the access point.

Still looking for input. I need to get this access point back in action if possible.
