      <description>&lt;P&gt;Getting an error from NCS.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The following error is obvserved in NCS&amp;nbsp; CleanAir Sensor Status: 'Down' Error Code: 'CleanAir sensor is not&amp;nbsp; operational due to crash. Please reset AP to resolve problem.'&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size: 14pt;"&gt;The WLC version is 7.0.220.0. &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size: 14pt;"&gt;The AP IOS version is 12.4(23c)JA3 and mini IOS version is 7.0.112.74. &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size: 14pt;"&gt;The NCS is version 1.0.1.4. &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Reseting the AP fixes the issue for awhile, but it comes back.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have been looking and I can't find anything related to this.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hunter&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;PRE __jive_macro_name="quote" class="jive_text_macro jive_macro_quote"&gt;Is there anyn spific reason to upgrade?&lt;/PRE&gt;&lt;P&gt;Bug fixes. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I remembered when I started deploying 3500 last year and some would only have one radio operational.&amp;nbsp; I SSH into them and I see crashlogs.&amp;nbsp; A few reboots later and it'll be all good. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Anyway, until I upgraded the firmware to 7.0.230.0 I haven't seen anything like this again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

The crash you're seeing could be a new one.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;was the AP on local or monitor mode, what activity was going on the crashed ap, can you post the AP crash file.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
