      <title>WiSM Controller 1 is Down</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Dear all,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have WiSM WLAN Service Module installed on 6509 core switch, everything was working fine, suddenly the first controller became unavailable and showing the following output &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;CoreSwitch# &amp;lt;strong&amp;gt;show wism mod 4 controller 1 status&amp;lt;/strong&amp;gt; &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;WiSM Controller 1 in Slot 4 &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Operational Status of the Controller : Service Port Up &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Service VLAN : 144 &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Service Port : 9 &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Service Port Mac Address : 0000.0000.0000 &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Service IP Address : 0.0.0.0 &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Management IP Address : 0.0.0.0 &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Software Version : &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Port Channel Number : 289 &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Allowed vlan list : empty &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Native VLAN ID : default &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;WCP Keep Alive Missed : 0 &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Second controller is working fine and showing the following:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;CoreSwitch# show wism mod 4 controller 2 status &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;WiSM Controller 2 in Slot 4 &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Operational Status of the Controller : Oper-Up &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Service VLAN : 144 &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Service Port : 10 &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Service Port Mac Address : 001a.6c22.8f62 &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Service IP Address : 192.168.100.3 &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Management IP Address : 10.41.1.21 &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Software Version : 4.2.176.0 &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Port Channel Number : 290 &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Allowed vlan list : empty &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Native VLAN ID : default &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;WCP Keep Alive Missed : 0&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;lt;strong&amp;gt;Anybody can help??&amp;lt;/strong&amp;gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;yup ... i had that on a install a few months back ... had to do a RMA....&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I would call TAC and get this replaced. Dont waste your time on this one ...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
