Cisco Web authentication problem

Hi Folks,

Good day.

Straight to the issue.

All apple devices (both phone and laptop) are redirected automatically to the authentication page when they connect to the Guest SSID without the need to open a browser and type a valid URL. However, on windows devices, the client is required to open a browser and type a valid URL before he/she gets redirected to the authentication page. What configuration do I need to do to make those windows devices behave like apple devices? Or is this behavior normal? Thank you!

Oh and btw, i'm running on software version 8.0.120.0 on a 8510 controller and we are using 2702i APs. Let me know if you need other details. Again, thank you!
