topic Authentication Failure in Wireless

I am getting a problem on one client:

WIN 2k, using a CB21AG card.

Using LEAP authentication, with AES encryption.

I have exactly the same setup on a large number of clients, and they all work fine; however when this one tries to authenticate to the network it fails. When I check the ACS (3.3) log it claims that the client is using an EAP type that is not configured and fails the attempt, however if I check passed authentications, it also shows that the authentication was sucessful.

I have exactly the same setup on all clients, so I can't see why this one does not work. I have removed and re-installed the drivers and ACU a few times and have double checked the profile setup, but to no avail.

Any ideas?

there are some known issues with AES and cached keys on the adu client. supposedly they will be fixed in ADU 3.0.
