Authenticate a user based on MSISDN

Hi all,

we are using Cisco CAR and we would like to authenticate users based on MSISDN (and not on Username or Password) for a Mobile Service. How does such a profile look like in CAR or in RADIUS?

To specify that the first byte of the Mobile Station International PSTN/ISDN (MSISDN) information element is included in a RADIUS request, use the following command in global configuration mode:

Router(config)# gprs radius msisdn first-byte

I was looking for on how to implement it on Radius site rather than on the GGSN site...

Any ideas or examples?
