Windows XP put this information into registry.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\EAPOL\UserEapInfo\&lt;ADAPTER-GUID&gt;&lt;/ADAPTER-GUID&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can find more information in MS knowledge base, &lt;A class="jive-link-custom" href="http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;823731" target="_blank"&gt;http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;823731&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can automate this procedure by putting the following information in file called i.e. delete-cache.reg and executing appropriate command.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;-----cut-------&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;REGEDIT4&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;[-HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Eapol\UserEapInfo]&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;-----cut-------&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;regedit /s delete-cache.reg&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;ROK&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;gt;We have a customer with ACS Version 3.3 authentication problem in Wireless.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;gt;Whenever a user logs for first time "Username and Password" is prompted and the user is authenticated.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;gt;For Subsequent logins, the "Username and Password" is not asking and the Client is directly getting authenticating and succeeded.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;gt;Access Point is IOS Based with 12.2 Version.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hello!!!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Mauril I have the same problem about the prompt at first time all was ok but when i log second time prompt didn´t appear and directly detect that the a valid user i have to un check the option fast reconnect on ASC but nothing change&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you find the solution I will appreciate that you say me how you did to solve the problem&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
